Frosty the Door...

So, School probably gets cancelled at least one time a year up here. If it is negative 20 or less, then school will be cancelled. I mean the elementary schools and middle and high schools. The university never cancels. Except today. I almost wish I were still a student, just so I could say they cancelled my classes. ...No. No, I don't wish I was still a student. I'm happy having graduated. :) Anyway, the power went out for like 1500 people or something, because a power line was down. I got a message from the school where I work and it said that school had been cancelled today because of cold weather and a power outage. I went to turn my alarm clock off and realized that I didn't have power, either. :) Yay! Then, I learned that the University cancelled classes until 11. (That was because of the power outage, not the weather.) The point of this entry is not that temperature is commonly in the negatives, that nose hairs freeze, or school gets out. The point is that it is cold up here! And there was frost on my door frame! Look at what happens to the inside of my house over night!
