Music Truth

So, Ryan was assigned to sing at a Bishop's dinner.  He sang Savior, Redeemer of My Soul.  It was beautiful.  I was going to only record him, but these three sisters gave us Come Thou Fount and it was gorgeous.  I wish I had captured the beginning, but alas, we will have to imagine it.  The movie doesn't actually do it any justice, but it was so beautiful when I was there, I had to share it.  

So, I am sorry for the wobblyness in the movies and that my camera doesn't have the best sound quality.  I hope you will enjoy these movies of testimony.  

I recorded Ryan singing.  The beginning is quite wobbly, but it is not like you are on a ship the whole time.  Mostly it is just at the beginning.  (And, I'm sorry, I cannot get it to sit upright.  Maybe I will try again tomorrow.)

  

I didn't record the piano piece, because I couldn't see the pianist from where I was, but man, I wish I had!  It was beautiful.  It is so interesting and amazing that you can feel so powerful with something that has no words.  

This last video is of some brethren in the stake singing a primary song called "Fair is the Sunshine."  It is a beautiful song and to see these men sing it with their hearts was just amazing and strong.  It starts quiet but builds.
